A Pirate’s Day for Me!
All
boys and girls yearn for adventure, action and mystery. So gather
up all the rascals, scoundrels, villains and knaves your child knows
for the most unique and adventurous party in town. This engaging and
award winning party will have your little pirates on their feet playing
games and following clues all the way to the hidden chest of goodies
which your birthday pirate is magically able to open and help disperse
among their fellow crew.
Imagine the excitement….
Two rowdy pirates, in amazing costumes, enter your party, arguing over
a treasure map. Their fight turns into a professionally choreographed
swordfight and the birthday child and their shipmates help the good
pirate win. The bad pirate must then forfeit their shiny pirate medallion
to the birthday child, they all take the good pirate oath and the hunt
for the treasure begins! We bring the treasure chest, you supply
the pirate loot. By the end of the party your child is the hero, the
treasure chest is found and opened and each child has experienced the
thrill of live action swordplay for themselves.
The Full Chest Party Package
Our
Treasure Hunt package for ages 4 or older
This
is our most popular package and can be done at your home or at our Burbank
Studio. Two professionally trained swashbucklers whose swordplay is
matched only by their improvisational and acting skills will keep the
kids totally enthralled with their wild antics. This package includes
60 minutes of adventure, swordplay performance and interactive treasure
hunt. 90 minutes if done at our Burbank studio, allowing 30 minutes
for refreshments that you bring.
The Pirates Booty Party Package
Fencing party for ages 8 and
older
Similar
to the Full Chest Party, this 90 minute package is for the older pirates
who yearn to learn swordplay techniques for themselves. Children see
a real pirate swordfight up close then get to suit up and learn it for
themselves through safe and fun fencing games. The SWORDPLAY crew will
bring all equipment necessary right to your door for an action packed
day of fencing, ending with the birthday child defeating one of our
pirates to win the shiny pirate medallion.
90 minutes at your home of non - stop swashbuckling fun or two hours
at our Burbank studio, includes an extra half hour for refreshments,
which you bring.
Pirates Treasure Hunt
Deluxe Pirate Party – for pirates ages 4 and
older
Imaginations
will soar as your pirate and his/her shipmates enter the wild and rowdy
world of pirates when Captain J joins their special day in his amazingly
authentic costume. Our performer has brilliantly mastered this character
and you’ll find everyone asking how you managed an appearance
from “the real Captain Jack” at your child’s party!
Naturally Captain J wants the treasure all for himself and swordfights
the character of your choice only to be defeated and relinquish his
shiny gold medal to the birthday child. They all must take an oath to
be good pirates and find the treasure together. Then everyone joins
the fun as they hunt for coveted treasure chest, totally engaged in
Captain J’s antics and surprises along the way! The birthday child
is the only one able to open the treasure chest once it’s found
and shares his/her spoils with their fellow shipmates. 60 minutes at
your home or 90 minutes at our Burbank studio, this allows 30 minutes
for cake or snack that you bring. We bring the treasure chest, you supply
the loot!
Pirates Fencing Party
Deluxe Fencing Party – for pirates ages 8 and
older
This
popular party begins with a swordfight, which of course is lost by poor
J. With many of the same elements as the party for the younger rascals,
the older shipmates enjoy the added fun and excitement of learning swordplay
techniques, through safe and fun fencing games, from Captain J himself.
And when the birthday child fences Captain J to win the prized pirate
medallion it will be cheers all around and a memory to last a lifetime.
J’s cohorts will bring all the equipment needed to turn your yard
into a young pirate’s dream come true.
90 minutes at your home or two hours at our Burbank studio, this allows an additional 30 minutes for refreshments that you bring.
